Manufacturing Capabilities

We aim for the highest possible accuracy, repeatability and quality. This is possible with innovative Ion-Beam Sputtering, where progressive control and automated processes allow the deposition of complex structures of several hundred thin film layers. The advantages of spectral control include sharper features, higher contrasts, repeatable performance and tighter tolerances.

Atoms, sputtered from target material, feature high kinetic energy and are extremely mobile. Any defects in accumulated particle film are eliminated by the energetic atoms, what results in homogeneous and near bulk layers. Advantages of sputtering process are low intrinsic absorption, resistance to moisture and heat and long-term stability of optical properties.
