405nm~1920nm fiber-coupled diodes and modules with 50-400um fiber core, the output power ranges from 5mW to 6kW. The standard package of the lasers can be coaxial, 2-PIN, 4-PIN, 14-PIN and 9-PIN etc.

We offer High Coupling Efficient Solution for 405nm~1650nm Pigtailed Laser Module with Single Mode Fiber and Polarization Maintaining Fiber and the output power can be up to 100mW. We adopt unique technique to get high Polarization Extinction Ratio (PER), which is up to 20dB with Low Noise Laser Output.

With SM and PM Fiber, it can get the Gauss Beam which is the Single Transverse Mode Beam, the M2 value is less 1.3. Meanwhile, and the TE Cooler and Photodiode is optional for customers. We can  integrate them into the Laser Module according to customer's requirement. We also offer the Customized Solution for Pigtailed Laser Modules, such as Customized Wavelength and Customized Power to meet the special needs of customers.

We use laser welding technology to guarantee the long-term reliability of the laser structure. To ensure the long-term reliability, each laser diode will undergo rigorous testing and aging in factory. Meanwhile the high-low storage temperature circulation is also necessary for each laser diode. We set the storage temperature range from -40 degree C to +85 degree C, and it lasts 10 cycles. In this way, it ensures the long-term reliability of the coupling structure.

2. Single Mode Fiber Detachable Laser Module

We offer 445nm~1650nm fiber detachable laser module, which is suitable for single mode fiber, the fiber core can be 3um, 4um, 5um, 6um and 9um, the output power ranges is from 1mW to 100mW. With single mode fiber, it can get a perfect Gaussian beam. It is the single transverse mode. A cooler and a photodiode can be integrated into the laser module according to customer's requirement. The fiber detachable connector is suitable for FC-PC connector. We also offer the customized solution for fiber detachable laser modules, such as customized wavelength and customized power to meet the special needs of customers. We use laser welding technology to guarantee the long-term reliability of the laser structure. To ensure the long-term reliability, each laser module will undergo rigorous testing and aging in factory. Meanwhile the high-low storage temperature circulation is also necessary for each laser module. We set the storage temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, and it lasts 10 cycles. In this way, it ensures the long-term reliability of the coupling structure.

4. Multi-mode Fiber Detachable Laser Module

We offer 375nm~1920nm fiber detachable laser module with the fiber core 25um, 50um, 105um, 200um and 400um and the output power ranges from 5mW to 30W. The Package can be coaxial, 9PIN, 14PIN, The fiber detachable connector can be SC, FC, ST or SMA905. The TE cooler and photodiode is optional and we can integrate them into the laser module according to customer's requirement. Meanwhile, we also can integrate the red/green aiming beam and fiber detector into the laser module. We also offer the customized solution for fiber detachable laser modules, such as customized wavelength and customized power, meet the special needs of customers. We use laser welding technology to guarantee the long-term reliability of the laser structure. To ensure the long-term reliability, each laser module will undergo rigorous testing and aging in factory. Meanwhile the high-low storage temperature circulation is also necessary for each laser module. We set the storage temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, and it lasts 10 cycles. In this way, it ensures the long-term reliability of the coupling structure.

Our STK series fiber-coupled laser diodes can be pided into two categories: single emitter laser diodes and multi-single emitter laser diodes.

1. Single Emitter Laser Diodes

Single emitter laser diodes can provide multi-wavelength covering 405nm to 976nm, output power from 2mW to 10W. Mainly used in the area of fiber laser pumping ,computer to plate(CTP), DPSS laser pumping, medical use, aiming beam, industry etc. For different application, varieties of packages with optional functions of aiming beam, photo detector, TEC, fiber detector, thermistor and other functions are available.

2. Multi-single Emitter Laser Diodes

Multiple single emitter laser diodes build upon the foundation of multi-emitter coupling technology, to obtain high power and high brightness diode laser. Varieties of packages with optional functions of aiming beam, photo detector, TEC, fiber detector, thermistor and other functions are available. Multi single emitter laser diodes have great advantages in high reliability and high performance. In multi-single emitter laser diodes, we have patented many improved optical designs. And these compact packages and commercially recognized formats allow easy integration into the existing products. Multi single emitter diode lasers include wavelengths from 635nm-1064nm, output power from 1.6W-500W.

OPERATING NOTES

  • Avoid eye and skin exposure to direct radiation during operation.

  • ESD precautions must be taken during storage, transportation and operation.

  • Short-circuit is required between pins during storage and transportation.

  • Please connect pins to wires by solder instead of using socket when operation current is higher than 6A. Soldering point should be close to the root of the pins. Soldering temperature should be lower than 260℃ and time shorter than 10 second.

  • Make sure the fiber output end is properly cleaned before operation of laser. Follow safety protocols to avoid injury when handling and cutting the fiber.

  • Use constant current power supply to avoid surge current during operation.

  • Laser diode must be used according to the specifications.

  • Laser diode must work with good cooling.

  • Operation temperature ranges from 15℃ to 35℃.

  • Storage temperature ranges from -20℃ to +70℃.

5. Details of STK Series Fiber-coupled Diode Lasers

445nm STK Series Fiber-coupled Blue Lasers

The STK series fiber-coupled blue lasers are manufactured by adopting specialized fiber-coupling techniques, resulting in high efficiency, stability and superior beam quality. The asymmetric radiation from the laser diode chips are coupled into an output fiber with small core diameter by using special micro optics. Their prices are reasonable and cheaper in the market.
